5-Year or 50,000-Mile Warranty Terms & Service Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing our product through Mikes Auto Clinic. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage provided for parts and labor under our prorated 5-year / 50,000-mile warranty.

2. Warranty Coverage

Duration: The First 36,000 Miles or 3 years under certified auto repair- Call this number to initiate service 800-457-0019.

After 36,000 or 3 years: Contact Mike's directly contact information below.

This warranty covers the product for 5 years from the date of purchase or up to 50,000 miles of usage, whichever comes first.

Scope of Coverage: This warranty includes parts and labor necessary to repair or replace any defective components under normal use and maintenance.

3. Prorated Warranty Terms

Proration Schedule: The warranty coverage is prorated, meaning the coverage amount decreases as the product approaches the end of the warranty period or mileage limit. The prorated adjustment is based on the time or mileage remaining in the warranty period.

For example, if a defect occurs at year 3 or 30,000 miles, you will be responsible for a portion of the repair costs based on the remaining warranty period or mileage.

4. What is Covered

Parts and Labor: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Replacement Parts: Parts found to be defective will be replaced with new or refurbished parts at our discretion.

5. What is Not Covered

Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Regular Maintenance: Routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, or other standard upkeep.

Damage from External Factors: Damage caused by environmental conditions, such as extreme temperatures, corrosive substances, or natural disasters.

Consequential Damages: Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, or additional expenses.

Major Engine: Jobs are covered by manufacturer warranty and may not entitled to the full 5 year 50,000 mile warranty unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer or Mikes auto clinic in writing.

6. Claim Procedure

Inspection and Approval: We may require an inspection of the product to determine the validity of the claim. Upon approval, we will arrange for the necessary repairs or replacements.

Costs: If the warranty claim is approved, the prorated cost for parts and labor will be calculated based on the remaining warranty coverage.

7. Transferability

This warranty is transferable to a new owner if the product is sold or given away during the warranty period. The new owner must provide proof of purchase and the warranty period will continue based on the original purchase date and mileage limit.

8. Limitations

Legal Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights.
