As a disabled widow with a 2004 Avalanche, I was looking for a car repair shop that I could trust. I found it at Mikes Auto Clinic! Zane is awesome! He explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. He even helped me get financing for the repairs. They have a reassuring warranty of 36,000 miles. Brought my truck in after taking it to a different place to get a second opinion. Really glad I decided to bring it to Mike's auto clinic, turns out  the other place was wrong. I would have had to put a lot of money into it just to continue to have the issue. They found the actual problem and took care of it really fast. Not only did they get me back on the road quickly, they also have top notch customer service. Zane was awsome, he explained everything they found with great detail. Mike's Auto Clinic has done diagnostic, repair and maintenance on my car, and the cars of 4 other family members. I find them thourough, professional, friendly, reliable, and reasonable. During the process of inspecting, doing diagnostics, quoting and repairing our cars they were great at communicating throughout each process and were quick to respond to me whenever I had questions. My push button starter died on my Infiniti with 105k miles. Family member recommended Mike’s. Had the car towed on Tuesday night, Robert was super kind and a pleasure to work with! Had a 60 pt inspection in my email the next day! Missed the calls for 2 days because my phone thought they were spam, otherwise it would have been repaired way sooner, I’m sure…Had my car back with a new starter on Friday. I was a little apprehensive about having my car towed to Mike's Auto Clinic because the business was new to me.  Robert took care to see that I understood the very thorough inspection report which included explanatory videos and pictures of my car.  I have used many different repair shops over the many years I have been driving.  No one ever has so carefully explained what needed to be done. It may seem a small thing to some, but no one has ever said the car will be done at 5 on Friday, and it was actually done at 5 on Friday.
